eSIM QR codes are single-use for security. Once installed, the profile lives on your phone and the QR can't be scanned again — so deleting the profile usually means it's gone.
What to do
- Stop and don't buy a replacement yet.
- Reply to your Movia order confirmation email with your order number.
- Our team checks with the supplier whether a re-issue is possible.
Prevention: when your trip ends and the data is used up, you can delete the profile safely. Only delete eSIMs you're finished with.
